A | Nearly half of all injuries reported from electric bikes in the last six years took place in 2022, according to a new report from the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).The CPSC estimates more than 360,000 injuries related to micromobility devices were treated in emergency rooms across the country between 2017 to 2022.According to the report, injuries rose more than 20% in 2022, compared to the year prior.There have been at least 233 deaths associated with e-bikes, e-scooters and hoverboards from 2017 through 2022, the report said. B | 二是降低融资成本激发企业活力。政策聚焦于打通民间投资的难点和堵点。民间投资实际上是可以促就业的。1-7月，4项促投资政策累计支持民间投资约1.51万亿元。调研中一位能源领域企业负责人介绍，以前从银行贷款的额度不超过1000万元、期限不超过1年，政策出台以后企业累计获得了1300万元、3年期中长期贷款，解决了春季集中开工的“燃眉之急”。
C | 三是助力百姓共享政策红利。政策目标的另一个方面是要促进居民消费。1-7月，2项促消费政策累计支持居民消费约1.88万亿元，既从供给侧赋能服务业经营主体，全面支持餐饮住宿、文化娱乐、健康养老等服务消费领域，增加优质服务供给；又从需求侧来增加居民消费能力，与消费补贴、以旧换新、有奖发票等促消费政策叠加共振，有力支持广大居民日常消费。
D | 廖岷还提及，结合经济发展需要，财政部正在继续研究制订财政金融协同的新政策和新举措，并于今年下半年推出。
